All pets will be weighed at check in. If the size selected does is different than the pet's actual weight, the service and price will be changed to coincide with the accurate weight. If the pet is significantly larger than the weight specified in the selected package, you may lose your appointment and be asked to reschedule.

When checking in, enter the front lobby at Lakewood Veterinary Center and inform the front desk that you are checking in with Stevie's Room Grooming.
All pets must have Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines up to date to be eligible for service.

Important Update: Changes to Weight Categories and Pricing Structure Effective April 1st, 2025
Starting April 1st, 2025, Stevie’s Room Grooming will be revising its weight categories and introducing a new “XXL” category. While the pricing for most categories will remain unchanged, there may be adjustments to the category placement for your pet. This could result in your service falling into a different price point than previously applied.
These changes are necessary to ensure that we continue to provide the high-quality grooming services you expect, by ensuring that pets are assigned to appropriate time blocks based on their size. This adjustment will allow us to give each pet the individual attention they deserve while avoiding appointment overlap. These new changes are a part of our commitment to excellent, individual service for each pet in our care.
